Darcy Brunk
Chief Operations Officer, USSince April 2018, Darcy Brunk has served as Chief Operations Officer at Logis Solutions, where she oversees project managers, leads specific implementations and supports customers.
Darcy brings an insider’s view of the challenges faced in many comm centers today, helping her relate to customer needs. In addition to a certification in Emergency Dispatch from Renton Technical College and 26 years of working in a comm center, she also has experience working with private ambulance companies managing RFPs, contract negotiations and meeting with customers from fire departments, police departments and hospitals. Darcy is driven by the ability to make a positive impact on multiple EMS agencies and uses her change management experience to help customers adapt quickly to new technology that will improve their efficiency.
Outside of work, Darcy spends time traveling, running and participating in archery.
